10/17/21 Best Bet: Denver Broncos -4 (-110)

I don’t know how much the Jon Gruden thing will affect the Raiders here. Normally, when a coach is fired the team gets a bump for that first game. In the case of a coach resigning over offensive emails, who knows? Here’s what I know: despite the last two weeks, I think the Broncos are a good football team. The Broncos probably have one of the best home field advantages in football due to the altitude at Mile High. The Raiders are not better than the Broncos, full stop. Vegas will be without their offensive coordinator (Gruden) and that could hurt that offense. Notice last week it looked bad after the email distraction. I just don’t think the Raiders are ready for a tough, hard hitting divisional game right now. I also think we learn a lot about Denver today. If they are a real contender, they take care of the Raiders today.
