Houston Texans -1 (-110)

NFL

2 Rookie QBs. But one is playing his first road game. Give me the home QB that looked measured, calm and repeatable from last week. Plus, I really can’t trust Frank Reich at this point and actually feel more comfortable backing Demeco Ryans. The Houston defense should be able to keep up with the mostly weaponless Colts. Anthony Richardson will be a headache but I suspect Ryans has been coaching his SF 49ers defense against Trey Lance for the last two years and has an idea how to contain a mobile QB. Overall, I felt that the Texans looked to be headed in the right direction on both offense and defense last week. I really can’t say the same about the Colts. In a divisional game, I’ll take the home team to win straight up in this one.
