Green Bay Packers +7 (-110)

Normally, I wouldn’t want to back a rookie QB in his first playoff game, especially on the road. However, this number is kind of high. It was definitely too high at +7.5 and that’s why it’s now +7. Dallas at home has been a monster and they will certainly put up points against this Packers defense. The reason I like the points in this contest is mostly because of Mike McCarthy. He is conservative by nature and will certainly be here in a playoff game against his old team. He wants to win this game not be flashy, which will lead to a less variance gameplan. I think this plays into Green Bay getting a bunch of points. I know everyone is in love with the Dallas defense and they are good. But aside from two very flashy playmakers in Parsons and Bland, I think Love can throw on this team. I expect a close game in this one and even if Dallas gets a big lead, Green Bay has the ability to come back. Gimmie the points with the Pack.
