Cleveland Browns -3.5 (-105)

If it seems like I pick the Cleveland Browns every week, it’s because I do. I was very clear in the beginning of the year that the Browns are my favorite futures bet. Nothing has changed. Last week, they “lost” to the Steelers. Those same Steelers needed two defensive touchdowns to win. In fact, Pittsburgh did not make it past the Browns 30 yard line in the game. Read that last sentence again. The Steelers, who have an above average defense, needed DST touchdowns to win the game by one score. Not to mention Nick Chubb went out of the game after averaging about 6 yards per carry. What are the Titans going to do this weekend? I’m aware that the coaching advantage here goes to Vrabel. Aside from that, Ryan Tannehill might not make it out of this game. The Titans have the worst offensive line in the league facing off against a Browns D-line that is top 4. Derrick Henry is banged up, so now we are going to ask Tannehill to do most of the heavy lifting. Yea, I’m not sold. While I don’t think Jerome Ford just steps into Chubb’s role 1 for 1 today, given the tough Tennessee run defense, I do think we finally see some signs of life from Deshaun Watson. I expect more of the Elijah Moore passes to start connecting. Browns by a touchdown.
