11/21/20 Best Bet: Ok, show of hands, how many people saw Philly play against the Giants last weekend (when the line got up to as high as -5) and lose outright and go: I’m never betting Philly again. Ok, and how about if you teased them? Ok, hands down. This team looks putrid. No other way to put it. Even in a game they won, against the horrible Ben DiNucci-lead Cowboys team, Wentz had 4 turnovers. Just him, not the entire team. Disgusting. But this is how it must be in the NFL, buying a team when they are at their absolute lowest. Remember how they went into SF on that Sunday night and beat up the 49ers? Philly has it in them. The front line of their defense is good. They should be able to get into Baker Mayfield’s face and force mistakes. That’s what you need to do with Mayfield. I’m also anticipating a little bit more of a balanced game plan by Doug Pederson here. It can’t just be all Carson Wentz all the time. Sanders needs to see the ball more and I believe Philly gets it to him. Cleveland has been winning games but they’ve been lowkey shitty. Gimmie Philly and the points here.
