Last we saw the Clippers and Nuggets the Nuggets came in hot and rode a big 1st quarter to even up the series. This is after getting blown out in Game 1. So, the game is lined at -9 currently, up fro -7.5 at the open. That’s everyone saying “I saw the Clippers blow them out, LA is the more talented team and last game was an aberration.” While some of this narrative is true, the reality is the Clippers just aren’t a consistent team and haven’t been all year. They turn it on and off and aren’t really a great team. Listen, the Clippers most likely do enough to win this game, we just need Denver to cover.
