A good portion of handicapping is being contrarian. Problem is, you have to know WHEN to be contrarian. Everyone is super high on the Vikings. I, myself, am super high on the Vikings. Their offense might just be the real deal that I expected coming into the season. However, it’s been just one week. We aren’t sure if this defense is up to the task yet. Yes, stifling Aaron Rodgers was great, but I think part of that had to do with the sluggish start of the Packers. They have to come into a much more talented team’s house in a primetime game tonight. Yea, it’s Jalen Hurts and not Rodgers but for our purposes, it doesn’t matter. Minnesota was 32nd against the rush DVOA coming into this week. Dead last. Now, they are going up against the best offensive line in football and the 2nd best rushing team in football. Kirk Cousins has had problems historically in primetime. Now, he’s coming into what is going to be a very rowdy Link. I’m laying it with the Eagles.
