While all you hear about in the media is how well Sam Darnold is doing; that is only half the story. Darnold is doing fine and should be applauded (he also did fine in the beginning of his time with the Panthers). The story that isn’t being told is how well the Minnesota defense is playing. Brian Flores has this team as the 2nd ranked overall DVOA defense. Now I get a point and a half against a Texans team that does not do well historically on the road, missing their RB, playing in one of the secretly toughest home fields in the NFL. Yes, please. The Texans are overvalued. Two games this year, two non-covers, each by half a point. Skol!
