I’m taking Gus Edwards to go over his rushing yards total in this AFC Conference Championship game. Jim Harbaugh, even with having Lamar Jackson at QB, is conservative by nature. He’s going to want to grind this game out with his (very good) running game and defense. Why would you want to sling it around with Lamar who, a) doesn’t have a ton of success in the playoffs yet b) doesn’t have a ton of success through the air c) has to go up against a good Chiefs secondary. It just makes sense for the Ravens to want to win through the ground and this includes Lamar and Justice Hill. I think the line is a bit deflated because Edwards had a slower week than Hill. He had slightly less touches than Hill because he came out of the game in a blow out and for injury precaution in the second half. He was and still is the lead back in this offense. I think the Gus Bus gets it going today in a cold and rainy Baltimore.
