I’m not really sure why this line is running in the Bucs favor. I get it, Tampa is the better team. Tampa is in a “must win”. But what has fundamentally changed from the last time these two played each other to an overtime, just a few weeks ago? Sure, Chuba Hubbard is done for the year and the Panthers are starting someone named Raheem Blacksheer. Ok. Running backs don’t matter. Tampa now NEEDs to win the game. OK, they are the same team that needed to win this game a few weeks ago and should have lost in overtime, had it not been for the terrible Hubbard fumble in OT. I honestly think this one is getting too much public play from bettors that wrongly believe that Carolina needs to win this game on the ground against Tampa. Pssst: you can’t run on Tampa. But you can throw on them. This will be Bryce Young’s “go check out his tape” game.
