2-Team Teaser: Lions +8.5 / Saints -1 (-110)

10/24/20 Best Bet: I’m going with a good old Stanford Wong teaser for this Sunday. I’m taking the Lions up over the touchdown to +8.5 in their contest against the Falcons. As with every other team in the NFL, I expect the Lions to have success against this putrid Falcons defense. I especially think D’Andre Swift could have another big game this week, as the Falcons have had issues guarding pass catching RBs for years. Also, Matt Stafford hasn’t really had a big game this year; I believe this happens tomorrow. I think the Lions could win this game but I love it over the TD, as the Falcons tend to keep all their games close. As for the Saints -1, I am fading the Panthers as I do not buy the hype on them. Listen, I love Matt Rhule and what they are doing in Carolina and I think with time this will be a premiere NFL organization. However, I would be getting Sean Payton off of a bye, at home, against a rookie coach. Me likey. The main mismatch in this game that I think is exploitable is the Saints run game with the 1-2 punch of Kamara and Murray against the Panthers run defense (BAD). It might be possible that both Saints RBs go over 100 yards tomorrow. I think this should be enough to win the game (-1).
