Tampa Bay Buccaneers +1.5 (-115)

This play is more about the Bucs than it is the Eagles. While I do not think Tampa is anything special (a below average team); they do have some redeeming qualities. Historically, they have been able to stop the run. Especially with Vita Vea playing, which he is. The Bucs secondary is still all banged up which would be a huge problem against AJ Brown and Devonta Smith…who both aren’t playing. I just think that the Bucs are catching the Eagles at the right time: all banged up and one week away from a bye. Tampa and their two all pro Wide Receivers should be able to move the ball against the Eagles secondary. This game sure feels like a “get healthy” away game for the Eagles, who are feeling content with being 2-1 and would happily “steal” a game in Tampa without exerting too much effort. If they can’t, they can just come back after the bye with their full complement of players. I feel Tampa will be focused after losing as a massive favorite last week. Gimmie the Bucs.
