8/31/20 Best Bet: The Biebs! Yes, its not “sharp” to lay a bunch of wood. I’m sure there’s value on KC, blah, blah, blah. You know who’s really good at baseball? Shane Bieber, that’s who. Bieber is a leading candidate for the Cy Young this year and for good reason (6-0, 1.35 ERA, 1.57 xFIP, 14.5 K/9, 0.77 HR/9). These are ungodly type numbers. Now, don’t get me wrong, Keller has had a decent season (3-1, 2.08 ERA, 4.63 xFIP, 6.88 K/9, 0.87 HR/9). One of these is not like the other. Not to mention, KC is not a good team (3-7 in their last 10 and currently sitting in last in their division). Tonight, my “Intentions” are to back Bieber…yay, witty puns!
