9/26/20 Best Bet: “We’re on to Las Vegas” - Bill Belichick probably. I like the Pats to bounce back after a nail biting loss to Seattle last week. A few strong trends working in this game. The Raiders traveling from West to East in the early time slot. Vegas coming off a very emotional win against the Saints to open their brand new stadium. (This one works twofold, not only did they win as an underdog but they had a draining game in primetime). A short week for the Raiders as they played on Monday. Finally, the most important trend of all, Bill Belichick coming off of a loss. I am aware that 6 points is margin and that the Patriots are a running team but I am not backing off of my pre-season stance that the Raiders are not a good football team. Even though they won a game they were not supposed to last week, in a good spot, this doesn’t change my thought process. I like the Pats off of a loss against a bad team in Foxborough.
