These things are not a good combination if you want to back the Bengals. Yes, the Bengals looked OK against the Chargers, but I think that’s a byproduct of how the Chargers are going to be playing games this year. If you noticed, the Chargers D line had him running for his life. I think Myles Garrett and company will do the same. Also, the Browns have talent. They haven’t gelled yet and this is a new coaching staff. Ultimately, this comes down to Week 1 overreactions. The look ahead line with this game was Browns -7.5 last week, what has changed? Not much: the Browns lost a road game to arguably the best team in the NFL and the Bengals hung tight against a Chargers team that is determined to win games 17-14 this year.
