10/30/20 Best Bet: This is one of those handicapping auto plays for me. Last week I was on Denver and they looked awful. They couldn’t get out of their own way and got blown out by the Chiefs. The Chargers won and covered against the Jaguars (even though it wasn’t easy and they made it harder than it needed to be). So why would I take Denver here? The Charges are rolling, Herbert looks great and Denver stinks right? Wrong. This is a divisional game and Denver has a home field advantage thanks to the altitude factor. Denver also sports the better defense (7th overall) than the Chargers (12th overall). Also, I am getting the hook, which is so important. If you want to bet this game, I would pay up for the half point. Now, on the other side I have the Chargers and Anthony Lynn who just find a way to make every single game closer than it needs to be. You don’t have to bet this game - bettors have the advantage of picking and choosing games - but if you do, you can ONLY bet Denver. I like it. Gimmie Denver +3.5 this weekend.
