I’m laying the points with the Saints in a meaningless game. I get the impression that the public wants to take the 3.5 with the Panthers and my one question is…why? What have the Panthers shown me this year that they are good enough to demand respect? Sam Darnold at QB? The season ended last week. They are headed into New Orleans, a notoriously hard place to play. I just think the Saints are the better team. Definitely better defensively. And with at least 2.5 point advantage for home field, this line should be at least 4 to 4.5. I sense value here. Plus, the Panthers actually beat the Saints earlier this year, so there’s the revenge factor.
