Future Best Bet: I’m on the Rams to represent the NFC in the Super Bowl this year. First off, they have a top 5 coach in Sean McVay. The boy genius has already lead them to a Super Bowl just two years ago and has the experience to do so again. Secondly, the defense is top notch this year. The Rams currently rank 3rd overall DVOA in defense. And their stock is headed up. Yes, everyone knows Aaron Donald and Jalen Ramsey but the rest of the squad has really stepped up and given Pittsburgh’s injuries and New Orleans’ cover issues, they could coast into the playoffs as the best defensive team in the league. Finally, the offense is well balanced. Cam Akers has finally broken out and the threat of the run will temper defenses gunning for Jared Goff. And Jared Goff knows how to run this offense and aside from getting pressured, he can pick teams apart. If the Rams manage to avoid the Saints in the playoffs, I think they will be able to walk right into the Super Bowl. There is good value here, as the Rams are more complete than the Packers or Saints.
