Why would you place any wager ever? The only answer should always be that you think you are getting a +EV play. In other words, “the line is off”. In my rankings this line should be about Seattle +3, however, there are a bunch of intangibles that really come into play here. Namely, Kliff Kingsbury sucks. There is a massive coaching advantage for the Seahawks here with Pete Carroll. Also, while the Seattle defense is second worst in the league, Arizona is 26th. So, not much better. Honestly, this line should be around a pick ‘em or +1.5 Seattle, max. I think I’m getting value here. This is a divisional home dog spot, too, historically a very good one. Finally, Seattle, as bad as they are, have been playing frisky. Yea, I’m on Seattle today. Throw a bit on the moneyline too, they might win this outright.
