Los Angeles Rams -4.5 (-110)

While this is an undoubtedly tough spot for the Rams coming off a short week loss to the Miami Dolphins and having to fly cross country, it is accounted for in the line. I understand how “square” it is to play the road favorite in this situation, however, the Rams need this game. The Pats on the other hand, are one of the worst teams in the NFL. After a surprise upset of the Bears last week, they will not catch the Rams sleepwalking through this one. New England is the 30th ranked team against the pass DVOA, which is offset by the Rams pass happy attack. An attack that is bolstered by getting their offensive line back from various injuries. The Rams young defensive line should also be effective against the worst overall offensive line in the league. Matt Stafford magic.
