9/10/20 Best Bet: The NFL is back! Let’s get right to it, tonight the defending champs are starting their title defense against a familiar AFC foe, the Houston Texans. I’m on the Texans +9.5 as this number is just too high. Everyone is going to remember the playoff game from last year where Houston got out to a 24-0 lead before eventually getting blown out 51-31. Don’t lose sight of the fact that they were up by over 3 TDs in the first place. Also, Houston beat them in the regular season last year. Yes, the Houston secondary is still trash and Mahomes is a juggernaut. I just think Watson will ball out tonight. He will see Mahomes hoisting that trophy and thinking, that could be me. Listen, I’m not saying that the Texans will win but keep it closer than expected. Full Disclosure: I took this at +10 in the offseason and tha't’s a much better number.
